Locations:- Hyderabad & Pune | Experience:- 814 years

This is a techno-managerial roleperfect for leaders who thrive on coding excellence while guiding high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead and mentor a team of 1520 members through the full SDLC.

Drive delivery using Agile methodology and industry best practices.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure business priorities align with technical outcomes.

Hands-on involvement in design, development, and delivery of modern fullstack solutions.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust DevOps practices.

Must-Have Skills:-

Agile methodology

.NET (Core / .Net 8+)

CI/CD & Azure DevOps

Microservices & Design Patterns

React or Angular (Fullstack experience)

Proven team leadership (a couple of years minimum)

Nice-to-Have Skills:-

Java , AI/ML exposure ,Data-driven development experience
