Responsibilities
- Lead the development of full-stack applications using Python and React.
- Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud architecture on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-12 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python and React.
- Proficient in building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
