We are seeking a Fullstack Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, leading projects and teams to deliver high-quality web applications. This role requires a hands-on approach, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of web applications from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Architect and maintain scalable and robust application infrastructure.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in their technical growth.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, React and Python
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies including Node.js, Express, and database management with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of cloud services AWS, and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
