Role Description
We are hiring for a Software Engineer Intern role open to different experience levels. This is a remote and full-time position focused on building scalable backend and full-stack systems, writing clean and efficient code, and contributing to AI-powered products.
You will work on next-generation tools and solutions, collaborating closely with the team to develop impactful applications across different domains.
Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript and other such frameworks.
- AI Focused Engineering: Develop applications in speech technology, B2B SaaS, workforce scheduling, and conversational AI
- API Development: Create RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with proper documentation and testing
- Use of AI Tools: Accelerate development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Technology Stack: Work with the MERN stack, Python frameworks, and vector orchestration tools like LangChain and LangGraph
- Database Management: Design and maintain relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Marketplace Integrations: Build integrations with third-party APIs and external ecosystems
- AI System Optimisation: Enhance the performance and scalability of AI systems for real-time use cases
- Data Analysis: Work with large datasets to extract insights and support AI feature development
- Prototyping and Testing: Rapidly build and test prototypes with a strong focus on quality assurance
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with global AI advancements and adopt them in everyday work
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Object-Oriented Programming
- Previous work or projects that demonstrate your skills and ability to deliver impact
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to edge cases
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
