We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ROR/Python (backend)and React (frontend), with the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using ROR/Python for Backend and React.js for frontend.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build robust features end-to-end.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring innovative solutions to the team.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of fullstack development experience.
- Strong programming experience in Ruby on Rails or Python.
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and agile methodologies.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, Cypress).
- Understanding of system design and scalability concepts.
