Fullstack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Django and Python, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Build intuitive, responsive front-end components using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and data scientists—to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.
• Design and implement efficient APIs and interfaces for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug complex applications to maintain product excellence.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience across devices.
• Contribute to architectural and design discussions, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and progress tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, with knowledge of best practices.
• Expertise in backend development using Django and frontend development using React.
• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining web services and web applications.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Redis, including schema design and optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and cloud deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or front-end animation libraries.
• Exposure to healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of scalable, distributed system architecture.
