Job Description

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our core product experience end-to-end - from designing backend system architectures to building intuitive user interfaces that solve real customer problems. You'll collaborate directly with product and leadership, influence technical strategy, and operate with full ownership in a high-velocity environment.

Requirements

4+ years of professional full-stack or backend-heavy engineering experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in NodeJs/Python, NextJS, and PostgreSQL.
Proficiency in NextJS or similar modern frontend frameworks.
Experience designing scalable systems in production environments.
Comfort with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimise performance.
A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
