About the Role:
We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer / SDE - II(Full Stack) who can build and own products end-to-end—from scalable backend systems to high-quality frontend experiences.
You'll work closely with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams to turn ideas into production-ready features used by real customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, shipping products fast, and taking ownership beyond just writing code.
What You'll Do:
Build and own product features end-to-end across frontend and backend
Design and develop scalable APIs, services, and web applications
Create intuitive, high-performance user experiences using React and modern frontend technologies
Architect reliable systems, databases, and integrations
Work on AI-powered product experiences and LLM integrations
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI teams
Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and technical standards
Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of the team
What We're Looking For:
6+ years of software engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI
Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript
Solid understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and software architecture
Experience building and scaling production-grade applications
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with Next.js
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Exposure to LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered products
Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices
Experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or data-intensive products
