About the Role

Pinnacle Media is building Pinnora, an AI-powered marketing workspace used by real brands. It is a large production TypeScript application with 611,000 lines of code, 92 database tables, AI generation pipelines, and integrations with five advertising platforms.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our core engineering team and work directly with the CTO and take ownership of real product features from development to production.

What You'll Do

* Build and ship full-stack features across Pinnora.

* Work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AI systems.

* Build AI workflows for ads, videos, landing pages, and marketing content.

* Develop and maintain third-party advertising integrations.

* Design and optimise database queries and schemas.

* Debug production issues and improve performance.

* Write tests and verify your own work.

* Read, understand, and safely modify a large existing codebase.

What We're Looking For

* 2–3 years of professional software development experience

* Strong production experience with *TypeScript + React*

* Strong hands-on experience with *Next.js App Router*

* Good understanding of *Server Components and Server Actions*

* Strong SQL/PostgreSQL fundamentals

* Practical AI/LLM product experience (mandatory)

* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently in a large codebase

* Someone who checks their work, finishes what they start, and takes ownership
