Fullstack Developer ( React.js + .NET with C# )

• Software Development: Design, develop, and implement web applications using React.js for the frontend and .NET with C# for the backend.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements, propose technical solutions, and collaborate on the development process including conducting peer code reviews.
• Technical Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and code refactoring initiatives to improve overall system architecture and maintainability.
• Unit Testing & Code Quality: Write unit tests, ensure compliance with code quality metrics, performance, and security standards are met.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices related to development and the overall progress in the US healthcare industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in Fullstack development, with expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and .NET with C#.
• Solid understanding of frontend development principles, including responsive design, UI/UX best practices, and frontend frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with backend development using .NET technologies, including ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
