We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in both Python backend development and React.js frontend engineering to build and scale high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing scalable backend services, developing modern frontend applications, and delivering reliable, production-grade solutions in a fast-paced environment. Experience working on large-scale distributed systems and real-time applications is highly valued. Prior experience within Uber or familiarity with similar large-scale platform ecosystems is strongly preferred to enable rapid onboarding and accelerated delivery.
Backend Development
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
- Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop and support real-time communication systems using WebSockets.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, security, and scalability of backend systems.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching systems, and distributed architectures.
- Drive performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
Frontend Development
- Design and develop high-quality web applications using React.js .
- Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries for scalable development.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and real-time data streams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend application development.
- Expert-level experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Solid understanding of WebSockets and real-time application development.
- Experience with HTML5 CSS3 and modern frontend development practices.
