Job Description
We're looking for a Fullstack Developer (MERN + AI) to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This role involves working across both front-end and back-end layers, contributing to system design, development, and overall code quality.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex technical problems, and help deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
Key Skills
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong exposure to both front-end and back-end.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one back-end language (Node.js).
- Solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks (React preferred).
- Experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka).
- Exposure to performance optimization and large-scale distributed systems.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native approaches.
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces with technologies like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Develop APIs, services, and business logic using Node.js or similar.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and optimize queries for performance.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; perform code reviews; implement automated tests.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, deliver features on time, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
