We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable applications that power business-critical platforms serving millions of users. As part of a fast-paced product engineering environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative, high-performance solutions while following industry best practices. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. - Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. - Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular/React. - Participate in architecture discussions, system design, and technical decision-making. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices. Requirements: - Experience: 5+ Years. Backend Development - Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 8/11/17+). - Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security. - Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. - Good understanding ofMicroservices Architecture. - Experience with ORM frameworks such asHibernate/JPA. Frontend Development: - Strong experience with Angular (preferred) or React.js and Next.js . - Proficiency inHTML5 CSS3 JavaScript, TypeScript. - Experience building responsive and reusable UI components. Database and Data Management: - Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. - Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis. - Ability to write optimized queries and troubleshoot performance issues. Cloud and DevOps: - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Software Engineering: - Strong understanding of data Structures and Algorithms. - Knowledge ofDesign Patternsand Object-Oriented Design Principles. - Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong ownership and accountability mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement. - Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in product-based organizations. - Exposure to high-scale, distributed systems and microservices ecosystems. - Experience in eCommerce, FinTech, SaaS, or large-scale enterprise applications.
