Job Title: Business Application Support Team Lead (BAST)
Location: Open for Pune (Hybrid - 3days in a week at office, 2 days wfh- Relocation is considerable)
Shift Timing: US Hours - 6:30 PM/7:30PM to 3:30/4:30PM AM (might change as per daylight saving)
Interview: 2 rounds (1st Round - India Panel in between 1PM to 10PM IST & 2nd Round- US Panel)
Position: 1
Considerable Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only
Considerable GAP: Upto 6 months

Job Description
1. Project Overview: -
The Business Application Support Team Lead (BAST) is responsible for end to end support, stability, and operational governance of critical enterprise business applications.
This role provides technical leadership and people management for a team of 10-12 application support engineers, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and compliance of applications across diverse endpoint and infrastructure environments.

2. Experience Level: -
. Senior - 10 + years with 7+ years minimum relevant experience
. Strong experience in Application Support and Operations
. Prior experience leading or acting as Team Lead / SME preferred

3. Qualifications: - bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
OR equivalent relevant work experience.

4. Must Have Skills: -
. Overall - 12+ Years
. Relevant - 7+ Years
. Strong Application Support Leadership
o Proven experience leading a team (10-12 members) in an application support or operations role.
o Clear ownership mindset for application stability, SLAs, and service quality.
o Ability to drive accountability, mentor engineers, and manage performance.
