Fullstack Dev with React,.Net ,PHP/CodeIgniter,SQL, Cypress

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (Mid to Senior level) to support our ongoing development and modernization efforts within a healthcare-focused platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong architecture, migration, and documentation capabilities. This role will require close collaboration with both in-house and offshore teams, with clearly defined responsibilities across system versions and domain areas.

Core Responsibilities:

• Migrating and refactoring from V1 (PHP CodeIgniter, MySQL) to V2 (.NET, React, PostgreSQL)
• Support post-case refactor initiatives (migration of React state management)
• Customer Success driven product enhancements and bug fixes

Required Skills:

• Languages/Frameworks:
• React
• .NET
• PHP / CodeIgniter
• SQL (PostgreSQL and MySQL)
• Cypress
• Expertise in:
• Data modeling and software architecture of a critical healthcare solution
• Migration strategies and implementation
• Excellent technical documentation

Domain Experience:

• Prior experience in Healthcare is a strong plus

Work Expectations:

• Participate in daily stand-ups and must be available for daily overlap with onshore team
• Maintain high story quality and ensure clarity in development
• Provide and receive thorough PR reviews
• Produce well-documented and maintainable code
