Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (Mid to Senior level) to support our ongoing development and modernization efforts within a healthcare-focused platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong architecture, migration, and documentation capabilities. This role will require close collaboration with both in-house and offshore teams, with clearly defined responsibilities across system versions and domain areas.
Core Responsibilities:
- Migrating and refactoring from V1 (PHP CodeIgniter, MySQL) to V2 (.NET, React, PostgreSQL)
- Support post-case refactor initiatives (migration of React state management)
- Customer Success driven product enhancements and bug fixes
Required Skills:
- Languages/Frameworks:
- React
- .NET
- PHP / CodeIgniter
- SQL (PostgreSQL and MySQL)
- Cypress
- Expertise in:
- Data modeling and software architecture of a critical healthcare solution
- Migration strategies and implementation
- Excellent technical documentation
Domain Experience:
- Prior experience in Healthcare is a strong plus
Work Expectations:
- Participate in daily stand-ups and must be available for daily overlap with onshore team
- Maintain high story quality and ensure clarity in development
- Provide and receive thorough PR reviews
- Produce well-documented and maintainable code
