Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot .
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for cloud-native environments.
  • Work with AWS services (such as Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, RDS, etc.) for developing and deploying cloud applications.
  • Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) activities.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Years of Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java backend and cloud-based solutions .
  • Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional)Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • AWS Certification is a plus.

Skill Set RequiredMust Have:

  • Strong programming skills in Core Java .
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs .
  • Proficiency in AWS Cloud Technologies (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Maven .
  • Solid understanding of design patterns, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Node.js and serverless development (AWS Lambda) .
  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools ( Docker, Kubernetes ).
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases or data streaming technologies.
