Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Architect to drive the design and development of scalable, AI-powered enterprise platforms. This role goes beyond traditional architecture—you will actively shape backend services, frontend experiences, and system integrations while enabling clients to embed AI into their core operations.

You will function as a hands-on technical leader, owning architecture across product development and customer implementations, particularly in domains like insurance, banking, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Architecture & System Design

• Design end-to-end architecture for AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Design and maintain microservices-based architectures and APIs
• Build scalable backend systems that integrate ML models, data pipelines, and APIs
• Define microservices and event-driven architectures for high-throughput systems
• Enable seamless integration of AI capabilities into client ecosystems

2. Full Stack Ownership

• Guide development across backend (Node.js/Python) and frontend (Typescript/Javascript)
• Ensure high-quality, modular, and reusable code across the stack
• Architect APIs, SDKs, and integration layers for enterprise clients

3.Cloud-Native & DevOps Excellence

• Drive cloud-first architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Design and maintain microservices-based architectures and APIs
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Ensure observability, reliability, and performance at scale

4. Performance, Scalability & Security

• Optimize systems for high availability and low latency
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance, and data protection
• Conduct architecture reviews and proactively reduce technical debt

5. Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as a technical leader for backend services and full stack systems
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (BE / BTech / BSc / BCA) • Master's degree (ME / MTech / MSc) is a plus but not mandatory
