Job Description

Critical Skills To Possess

  • 8–10 years of full stack development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Python + React.js + TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with AI code assistants in daily workflows (must-have).
  • Proven experience with microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Solid grasp of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong mentorship, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop scalable microservices using Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
  • Build modern, responsive UIs with React.js, TypeScript, and design systems.
  • Leverage AI code assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) for accelerated development, testing, and code reviews.
  • Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence.
  • Own CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
