Full-Time Videographer (On-site Chennai)

We are hiring Videographers!

Salary: ₹2 – 4 LPA (Based on skillset & experience)

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Location: Chennai – On-site only

We're a Chennai-based creative Agency working with F&B, lifestyle, and retail brands — helping them grow organically through strong storytelling and social-first content.

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Videographer who understands that great social content is more than just pointing a camera and pressing record.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality content for Reels, Shorts, and campaign films.
• Handle lighting, framing, composition, and stabilisation.
• Assist and manage on-location shoot setups and shoot flow.
• Coordinate with the production and project management teams.
• Ensure proper file handling, backups, and gear maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with editors to bring out the best from every footage.
• Learn and adapt to different shooting styles based on each brand.

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years of videography experience.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable handling cameras, gimbals, and basic audio setups.
• Chennai-based and available for regular shoots.
• Someone willing to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

Bonus:

• You own your own camera, gimbal, or audio gear.
• Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking, Media Studies, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• Diploma from a recognised filmmaking or media institution.

Degrees are a bonus. Your work and visual sense matter more.
