Full-Time Video Editor + Graphic Designer | Delhi | Faridabad

We're looking for a creative Video Editor + Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, pacing, storytelling, trends, and engaging social media content.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Delhi for someone who can handle both editing and design while actively contributing creative ideas.

Video Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.
• Repurpose podcasts and long-form content into high-retention clips.
• Add captions, hooks, B-roll, sound design, transitions, and strong pacing.
• Identify the most engaging moments and turn them into compelling content.

Graphic Design

• Create social media creatives, thumbnails, covers, and supporting visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency through strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Creative Contribution

• Suggest fresh Reel ideas, hooks, trends, formats, and creative improvements.
• Contribute to the overall visual direction and content quality.
  

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing + graphic design.
• Strong creative and aesthetic sense with an understanding of pacing, retention, and audience behaviour.
• Ability to turn raw footage into polished, engaging content.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
  

• Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
• Good understanding of colour grading, typography, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube formats.
• Good file organisation and content management skills.
  

• Experience with creators, entrepreneurs, businesses, or personal brands.
• Experience with podcasts, educational, entrepreneurship, wellness, or informational content.
• Understanding of cinematic editing and branding.
  

We're looking for a similar level of presentation, creativity, storytelling, visual treatment, pacing, and overall quality. The content does not need to be exactly the same.
