Full-Time Video Editor (For Short-form Content)

We're looking for a full-time video editor to join our fast-growing team and help create content that generates millions of views on social media every month.

Flowlync is a social media marketing agency that helps business owners grow their personal brands online and grow their business. We handle the full content production process from ideation to editing and posting.

We're growing quickly and are looking for talented editors who want to be part of a high-performance team and grow within the company long-term.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Video Editor, you will:

Edit short-form talking-head videos for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts)

Turn raw recordings from clients into engaging edited videos

Work with clear daily deadlines and deliverables

Manage editing for a set group of clients

Collaborate with our team to improve content performance

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

Be available full-time (40 hours per week)

Work exclusively with our company

Have at least 2 years of short-form video editing experience

Be fluent in written and spoken English

Use Adobe Premiere Pro

Have reliable internet (minimum 200 Mbps)

Comfortable using Google Drive

Fast computer to ensure fast export times and smooth editing
