Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic STEM Curriculum Designer & Trainer who is passionate about hands-on learning and technology education.
New and aspiring trainers who are excited to create impact in classrooms and shape young innovators are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Content Design
- Design grade-wise STEM learning pathways (Grades 1–10)
- Develop modules covering:
- Electronics (breadboard, LEDs, sensors)
- Arduino-based programming
- IoT using ESP32 with cloud/mobile integration
- Introductory AI/ML using tools like Teachable Machine
- Create lesson plans, activity sheets, wiring diagrams, and coding guides
- Develop and refine DIY project kits and learning resources
Training & Delivery
- Conduct hands-on student sessions and workshops in schools
- Train and support school teachers for effective program delivery
- Ensure engaging, interactive, and outcome-driven sessions
Innovation & Mentorship
- Mentor students in real-world problem-solving and projects
- Contribute to new project ideas and product development
- Continuously improve curriculum based on classroom feedback
Who Should Apply
- Degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Engineering / STEM Education
- Freshers with strong fundamentals and passion for teaching are welcome
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or STEM workshops is a plus
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, sensors, and basic electronics
- Familiarity with ESP32 and IoT platforms (e.g., Blynk, ThingSpeak, Firebase)
- Understanding of block-based (Scratch/Blockly) and text-based coding (C++, Python, MicroPython)
- Basic exposure to AI/ML tools (e.g., Teachable Machine, Edge Impulse)
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience in school curriculum design
- Knowledge of ESP32, 3D printing, or PCB design
- Exposure to robotics platforms or STEM kits
