Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to lead our spa operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage staff, clients, and day-to-day operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage, train, and motivate spa staff to deliver exceptional service
Handle client queries, appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory of products and supplies, and coordinate with vendors
Maintain spa hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Plan and implement promotional activities to boost sales and customer engagement
Track performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly targets
Requirements
Proven experience as a Spa Manager / Supervisor (or similar role)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of spa therapies, wellness, and beauty services preferred
Ability to manage budgets, targets, and scheduling effectively
Professional, well-groomed, and approachable personality
