Duties & Responsibilities

. Proactively provide professional customer service and product recommendations

. Perform cashiering duties

. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

. Receive, unpack, and arrange new arrivals for visual display

. Manage and organise store inventory and stock arrangements

. Fulfil online orders accurately and efficiently

. Perform daily housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store

Required Skills & Requirements

. Good communication and interpersonal skills fluent in English

. Strong sales and persuasive skills

. Motivated and responsible team player with a strong customer service mindset

. High sense of responsibility and good moral values

. Able to work on weekends and public holidays
