We are looking for dynamic, target-driven Sales Executives with 0–2 years of experience who have a natural flair for understanding customer needs and effectively matching them with our advertising and digital solutions.

Role Overview  

As a Remote Sales Executive, you will pitch and sell digital advertising solutions, integrated campaigns, and media bundles to electronics and semiconductor companies across India. This is a high-growth role with a strong target-linked compensation structure and excellent international career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities  

 Pitch and sell digital advertising solutions, sponsored content, and integrated campaigns to electronics and semiconductor companies in India.  

 Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.  

 Design tailored bundles of offerings that deliver maximum value to clients.  

 Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and industry networking.  

 Track, analyze, and report sales performance using CRM tools and online analytics platforms.  

 Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and high client satisfaction.  

 Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to create customized solutions for clients.  

 Leverage modern AI tools, social media, and digital channels to generate leads and accelerate sales.

Requirements  

 Education  

 Bachelor's degree in any discipline.  

 Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Marketing, Electronics Engineering, or related fields with a strong interest in B2B media sales.

 Skills & Attributes  

 Good understanding of the electronics/semiconductor industry.  

 Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.  

 Strong ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and translate them into winning solutions.  

 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.  

 Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
