Hiring: Full-Time Marketing Associate (Remote India) | Prepitus

Location: Remote (India)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Start Date: Within 14 to 21 days

Experience Level: Entry-level to 3 years

Note:Not for students. Not a part-time role.

Prepitus is a fast-growing EdTech platform transforming SAT & PSAT preparation using a hybrid model that combines AI-powered learning tools with expert-led live classes. We support students and parents with personalized study plans, real-time performance tracking, and engaging community-based learning.

We are now expanding our marketing team in India.

Role: Marketing Associate (Full-Time)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Marketing Associate to support our multi-channel digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow rapidly, and contribute directly to a fast-scaling EdTech company.

You will work across digital campaigns, community engagement, partnerships, content workflows, and event coordinationhelping maintain consistent and impactful brand communication across all platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Performance Marketing
  • Assist in executing multi-channel digital campaigns across paid and organic platforms
  • Support ad creatives, landing page coordination, and asset management
  • Track engagement, lead quality, conversions, and basic performance metrics
Community & Engagement
  • Help manage and grow parent/student online communities
  • Support weekly engagement prompts, updates, and communication activities
Creator & Partnership Coordination
  • Coordinate with micro-creators, educators, and community partners
  • Manage outreach lists, deliverables, timelines, and content approvals
Content & Communication
  • Support creation of social media content, short scripts, email workflows, and resource materials
  • Collaborate with design teams on visuals, brochures, and marketing collateral
Event & Outreach Operations
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, school outreach, and parent sessions
  • Assist with promotions, registration funnels, reminders, and post-event communication
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Conduct competitor analysis and prepare short insight summaries
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and provide weekly execution reports
Mandatory Qualifications

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

BBA (Marketing) or MBA (Marketing) Only these degrees accepted

Must already be graduated Current students not eligible

Able to start within 14 to 21 days

Able to commit to a fixed 40-hour weekly schedule Not freelance or part-time
