Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative Email, SMS & CRM Marketing Specialist to help drive lead generation, prospect engagement, and customer communication through targeted email and text campaigns.

This role will own recurring marketing outreach across multiple ICPs, including monthly email campaigns, seasonal promotions, follow-up sequences, text blasts, and CRM-based workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on HubSpot experience, strong campaign execution skills, solid copywriting instincts, and the ability to analyze performance and improve results over time.

Key Responsibilities Email & SMS Campaigns

  • Plan, build, and send bi-monthly email campaigns for multiple ICPs and audience segments.
  • Create and execute monthly SMS/text blast campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and seasonal promotions.
  • Write, edit, and optimize email and SMS copy for clarity, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop seasonal and industry-specific campaigns tied to customer needs, events, holidays, and sales priorities.
  • Coordinate campaign timing, audience lists, messaging, and follow-up strategy.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up Outreach

  • Generate leads through targeted email campaigns, nurture campaigns, and follow-up outreach.
  • Build and manage email and text-based follow-up sequences for prospects, leads, and customer segments.
  •  Support sales with timely outreach campaigns that help move leads through the funnel.
  • Segment contacts based on ICP, lifecycle stage, campaign engagement, and other CRM data.

CRM, Automation & Workflows

  • Manage campaign setup, lists, segmentation, and reporting inside HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain basic automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-up reminders, re-engagement, and campaign triggers.
  • Keep CRM data organized and usable for marketing campaigns.
  • Explore and use AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve campaign efficiency, content development, and workflow execution.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and report on email, SMS, and CRM campaign performance, including opens, clicks, replies, conversions, leads generated, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Own regular reporting for assigned campaigns and recommend improvements based on performance data.
  • Test subject lines, CTAs, messaging, timing, audience segments, and follow-up strategies to improve results.
  • Share insights with marketing, sales, and leadership to support better campaign decisions.

Collaboration & Execution

  •  Work with marketing, sales, and leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals and audience priorities.
  •  Manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and audience segments at once.
  • Ensure all outreach is accurate, on-brand, well-timed, and compliant with email and SMS best practices.
