FULL-TIME Certified Medical Assistant at Lady of the Sea Medical Clinic - Larose

Purpose

The purpose of the Certified Medical Assistant is to be responsible for assisting the provider.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant - state tested certification .
• Possess skills in triage.
• Maintain current CPR.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Possesses positive customer skills.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Employee will be lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds approximately 15% of the day.
• Employee will be sitting approximately 20% of the day.
• Employee will be standing and walking approximately 40% of the day.
• Employee will be twisting, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and bending approximately 15% of the day.
• Employee will be reaching at or above shoulder level approximately 10% of the day
