We are My Ride Company, creators of Cab My Ride and Aryvo - an award-winning UK transport and mobility platform.
Our technology powers thousands of journeys every week - from airport transfers to home-to-school transport - through advanced rider and driver apps, real-time dispatch, and automation tools.
Job Summary
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Flutter Developer to design, build, and scale our suite of apps including driver, customer, and admin platforms, all powered by real-time data, seamless payment integrations, and modern, intuitive user experiences.
In this role, you'll take ownership of developing and maintaining mission-critical applications that support thousands of daily users. From live job tracking and driver-customer chat to in-app payments and real-time updates, you'll play a key part in shaping the technology that drives our operations.
You'll collaborate closely with our UK-based product and backend teams to deliver performant, reliable, and scalable mobile applications that define the future of on-demand transport.
Requirements: Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR, comfortable working UK hours, highly communicative, and consistently deadline-driven.
Technical Requirements
Core Flutter & Dart Expertise (Required):
- 4+ years Flutter development experience (production apps)
- Advanced Dart skills including:
- Functional programming concepts (Either, Option types)
- Async/await and stream handling
- Advanced generics and type systems
- Clean Architecture implementation experience
- Advanced state management with Riverpod (v2.5.1+)
- Code generation tools: Freezed, json_serializable, build_runner
Tech Stack
- Flutter, Dart, Java
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Firebase, Firestore, Cloud Functions
- Twilio, Stripe, SumUp APIs
- GitHub, Sentry, CI/CD pipelines
Key Responsibilities
Development & Architecture
- Lead development of new features under Clean Architecture
- Maintain and refactor existing codebase (100+ feature files)
- Implement real-time job management and background services
- Integrate APIs for Stripe, SumUp, Twilio, Firebase
Performance & Quality
- Ensure optimal performance for real-time operations
- Optimize UI/UX for driver workflow and location updates
- Manage app stability, background tasks, and memory usage
Platform Integration
- Handle native iOS & Android services and permissions
- Implement push notifications and platform-specific APIs
- Manage app store deployment and updates
