Full-Stack Developer who takes personal pride in site performance, security, and user experience. We need a developer who doesn't wait for a ticket to fix a bug, but proactively hunts for ways to make our digital platform faster and more effective.
The Role You will own the entire technical stack. This is a high-autonomy role where you will manage everything from server-side logic and database management to front-end UI/UX implementation. You will work closely with the SEO and Marketing managers to ensure our landing pages are high-converting and technically flawless.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and landing pages using modern frameworks (MERN/LAMP stack or similar)
- Performance Optimization: Take 100% ownership of Core Web Vitals. You are responsible for ensuring lightning-fast load speeds for a US audience
- Conversion : First Engineering: Implement A/B testing scripts, tracking pixels (GTM, Meta), and lead-capture forms that integrate seamlessly with our CRM
- Backend & Security: Manage hosting environments, SSL certificates, and database integrity to ensure 99.9% uptime and data security
- Proactive Maintenance: Conduct regular security audits and version updates without needing a reminder. If the site goes down, you are the first responder. Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of Full-Stack experience, preferably working on high-traffic Lead Gen websites
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Vue), and Backend languages (Node.js, PHP, or Python). Deep experience with Strapi + React/Next.js is a plus
- SEO Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of how code affects SEO (Schema, SSR vs. CSR, DOM size)
- Independence: Proven track record of managing a project from Concept to Deployment solo
