Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible web interfaces using HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and JavaScript.
- Support front-end development using frameworks such as Lightning Web Component (LWC), React, Vue, or Angular.
- Develop and consume REST or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) APIs for integrations.
- Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components following development best practices.
- Ensure consistent design, accessibility, and performance across community pages and web applications.
- Collaborate with ITG Administrators, UX designers, and product owners on user flows and data models.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, and security configuration (including roles, profiles, and permission sets).
- Monitor and optimize web performance using tools such as Lighthouse or Salesforce Performance Assistant.
- Develop unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
- Implement analytics or tracking tools to measure feature adoption and user engagement.
- Apply secure coding practices and support remediation of identified security vulnerabilities.
- Ability to mentor junior team members, collaborate across functions, and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of full stack development experience including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or equivalent customer portal platform.
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with authentication methods such as OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Understanding of data modeling, responsive design, and front-end testing frameworks.
- Experience using Git version control and awareness of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
