Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java Spring Boot and React to design, develop, and deliver scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have managed end-to-end delivery, worked in Agile environments, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React for frontend.
• Own and manage end-to-end application delivery, from requirements analysis through production release and support.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Work closely with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track user stories, defects, and tasks using JIRA, ensuring accurate and up-to-date status reporting.
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, test, and production environments.

• Required Skills & Experience5–9 years of professional experience in Full Stack web development.
• Strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong frontend development experience using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, version control using Git/GitHub, and automated build/deployment pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Proven experience using JIRA for requirement tracking, sprint management, and defect tracking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good to Have (Preferred Skills)Experience working with Snowflake, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions, or large-scale data platforms.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Prior experience working with Healthcare or Pharmaceutical domain clients/accounts.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization in web applications.

• Educational QualificationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
