About The Role
WaveSeed Content Media is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Video Editor who can own the entire video production lifecycle — from raw footage to final, platform-ready content. This role is ideal for creators who understand that great editing is not just cuts and transitions, but storytelling, pacing, sound, and impact. You'll work closely with founders, marketers, and content strategists to create videos that drive engagement, brand authority, and growth. Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
- Experience with motion graphics, text animation, and visual storytelling
- Good understanding of audio mixing and color grading
- Familiarity with short-form content trends
- Ability to manage files, timelines, and multiple projects independently
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form and short-form video content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
- Create short clips, reels, and highlights from podcasts, interviews, and raw footage
- Handle motion graphics, basic animations, captions, and visual effects
- Perform audio cleanup, sound design, color correction, and grading
- Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, hooks, pacing)
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to improve storytelling and performance
- Maintain high editing quality while meeting deadlines
