Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Trainer based in Bengaluru South. The Full Stack Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led sessions on front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to full stack development. Responsibilities include preparing curriculum and lesson plans, creating practical coding exercises, live demos, and projects, and guiding learners through hands-on problem solving. The role involves assessing learner progress through assignments, tests, and code reviews, providing timely feedback, and offering mentoring and doubt-clearing support. The trainer will also collaborate with the content and academic teams to update course material, incorporate industry best practices, and support placement-focused training initiatives such as mock interviews and technical assessments.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to build responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with at least one front-end framework or library (for example, React, Angular, or Vue.js) and associated tooling.
- Practical expertise in back-end development using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Java, Spring Boot, Python (Django/Flask), or similar.
- Knowledge of databases and data modeling, including experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar).
- Familiarity with version control and development workflows, preferably using Git, GitHub or GitLab, and basic CI/CD concepts.
- Ability to design and explain full stack application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration between front-end and back-end components.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training, with strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners with varying skill levels.
