We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer / Full Stack Tester with strong expertise in Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and a deep understanding of Airline systems. The role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission‑critical airline applications across web, mobile, API, and backend layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for web, mobile, and API layers
- Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing across full-stack applications
- Plan and perform performance testing (load, stress, endurance), analyze results, and provide tuning recommendations
- Validate API integrations using automation and manual techniques
- Ensure test coverage across airline systems such as PSS, DCS, Inventory, Reservations, Ticketing, Check‑in, and Ancillaries
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and domain SMEs to define quality gates
- Identify root causes of defects and support debugging across layers
- Maintain detailed test documentation, reports, and metrics
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Automation and Performance Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages:
- Java / Python / JavaScript
- Proven expertise in:
- Web and Mobile Automation
- API Automation (Postman, RestAssured, similar tools)
- Performance Testing & Analysis
- Deep understanding of Airline domain, including:
- Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
- Departure Control Systems (DCS)
- Reservations, Ticketing, Check‑in workflows
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools:
- Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
