We are looking for an experiencedTech Lead - Java Full Stackwith strong hands-on expertise inJava, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and React.js. The candidate will lead technical design, development, code reviews, team mentoring, and end-to-end delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development ofJava/Spring Boot Microservices.
Develop and integrateREST APIsand enterprise applications.
Design and implement responsive frontend applications usingReact.js.
Design, deploy, and manage scalable solutions onAWS Cloud.
Drive architecture, technical design, coding standards, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability.
Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architects, and business stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end project delivery.
