Full Stack Software Engineer

We specialize in building high-quality, domain-specific datasets for Large Language Models (LLMs) through:

• RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback): Aligning models with human preferences for helpful, accurate, and safe outputs

• SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning): Creating domain-specific instruction datasets to guide model behavior

• Evaluations: Designing rubric-based frameworks to assess quality, fairness, and model safety.

We are hiring Full-Stack Software Engineers to contribute to LLM post-training workflows and AI data operations, combining analytical problem-solving with engineering fundamentals.

Role Details

Position: Software Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹6,00,000 per annum (CTC)

Shift Structure: Rotational - Day Shift (WFO, Gurgaon); Night Shift (WFH), Shift allocation will be based on business requirements and is mandatory for all selected candidates

Work Setup

Work on own laptop (stable internet; browser-based tools for remote shifts)

Collaborate with Quality Leads & AI Ops teams

Mandatory participation in training, calibration, and review sessions

Role Objective

Work on generalist LLM post-training projects

Tasks include: data annotation, labeling & categorization; prompt-response evaluation (accuracy, relevance, coherence); data validation & quality checks

Apply structured thinking and engineering fundamentals to ensure high-quality outputs

Continuous guidance and performance-based feedback from Quality Reviewers

Technical Exposure

Annotation & evaluation platforms used in AI pipelines

LLM behavior, prompt design basics, and evaluation criteria

Structured/unstructured data handling (text, tabular, simple schemas)

Logical reasoning, pattern recognition, and quality benchmarking (accuracy, consistency, guideline adherence)

Technical Requirements

Strong foundation in software engineering / full-stack fundamentals (any modern stack)

Understanding of APIs, databases, and structured data

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git)

Expectations

Flexibility for rotational shifts (day/night) based on business requirements

Openness to extended hours/weekend work if required

Maintain high accuracy and adherence to SLAs/KPIs in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Exposure to AI workflows, data operations, and model evaluation
