Senvion is seeking a talent professional with 8+ years of experience in building end-to-end systems with confidence — from polished frontends to resilient backends and optimised databases — and who uses Agentic AI as a core part of their daily development workflow. The role requires ownership of features across the entire stack, integrate LLM-powered capabilities into production systems, and help define how our team builds software in an AI-first world. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver full-stack features across React frontends, Java / Node.js / Python backends, and relational / vector database
• Build agentic AI workflows that automate processes, surface insights, and power user-facing feature
• Own the database layer — schema design, query optimisation, migrations, and vector search infrastructure
• Lead architecture discussions and set engineering standards across the tea
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and AI-augmented development
• Evaluate and introduce AI tooling that meaningfully raises team velocity

Desired Professional Experience:

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a track record of owning complex systems end-to-end.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, and at least one backend language — Java (Spring Boot), Python, or Node.
• Strong Java experience: Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST API design, and JVM performance tuning
• Strong production experience with PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs — prompt engineering, tool-calling, agent pipelines (LangChain, Claude, OpenAI APIs)
• Comfortable using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as daily development tools — full agentic loops, not just autocomplete
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search (pgvector, Pinecone, or similar)
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate engineering teams
• Experience with MCP server development and tool-use architecture
• Familiarity with LangGraph or multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Background in ML / data pipeline
• Open-source contributions or side projects using LL
