Full Stack Software Developer

We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer with hands-on experience building scalable web applications across frontend, backend, databases, AI integrations and third-party APIs.

The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end features, integrating external platforms, designing APIs, working with multi-tenant architectures, and collaborating with frontend, backend, AI/ML, QA, DevOps and product teams.

This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong ownership from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment and production support.

• Develop scalable applications using React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Build reusable components and responsive interfaces.
• Work with Next.js App Router.
• Integrate REST APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization and role-based interfaces.
• Develop dashboards, forms, workflows and data-driven interfaces.
• Use state-management and data-fetching libraries such as Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, React Query or Zustand.
• Optimize frontend performance and user experience.

• Develop backend applications using Python, Django and Django REST Framework.
• Develop high-performance APIs and services using FastAPI.
• Use Django ORM effectively.
• Design RESTful APIs and service interfaces.
• Implement authentication, authorization and RBAC.
• Develop background jobs and asynchronous workflows.
• Implement webhooks and event-driven integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable and testable code.

• Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Create efficient database schemas and relationships.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Implement indexes and query optimization.
• Handle transactions and database migrations.
• Work with JSON/JSONB data where appropriate.
• Identify and resolve database performance issues.

Hands-on understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture is required.
