Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with 5 years of experience in Python and React , along with hands-on exposure to AI/ML integrations. The role involves architecting and building scalable web applications, integrating intelligent features, and driving innovation in product development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and React.js.
* Integrate AI/ML models and APIs into web applications for advanced functionality.
* Collaborate with data scientists to deploy models in production environments.
* Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
* Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
* Strong backend skills in Python , including frameworks like Django , Flask , or FastAPI.
* Solid front-end development expertise in React.js, Redux, and modern JS libraries.
* Experience integrating AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face.
* Proficient with REST APIs, microservices, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to architect end-to-end solutions independently.
* Proactive, innovative, and a quick learner of emerging technologies.
* Mentorship skills and willingness to guide junior team members.
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
