As a pivotal member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions across the full stack. Your expertise in .NET technologies will be vital in architecting robust applications that meet our clients needs and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the .NET framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions leveraging microservices design principles.
- Implement MVC design patterns and effectively utilize the Entity Framework for data access.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Engage in requirements analysis and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve the development process.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 9 to 12 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong foundation in full stack development.
- Expertise in .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework.
- Proficient in C# programming and familiar with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and knowledge of ORM frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
