About the Job
We are a small AI engineering team building intelligent software across language, vision, and multimodal domains. Our work focuses on end-to-end AI systemsfrom backend services and data pipelines to user-facing applicationsthat integrate directly into real products.
Alongside client projects, we are actively moving toward a product-focused roadmap, and this role will contribute to both client-facing MVPs and internal product development.

About You
You are a hands-on developer with 12 years of experience who enjoys building real products and taking ownership of features. You are comfortable working across frontend and backend, and you're curious about how AI-powered systems are built and deployed in production.
You are motivated to learn, can work independently when needed, and are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where requirements evolve quickly.
Day-to-Day
- Build and maintain client-facing MVPs, owning frontend development and backend integration
- Develop React-based web applications with a focus on usability and performance
- Write and extend Python backend services (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
- Integrate backend services with databases, APIs, and AI/ML components
- Deploy and manage applications on the cloud (GCP preferred)
- Contribute to internal product MVPs, working closely with senior engineers and founders
- Participate in design discussions, implementation decisions, and iterative improvements
Skills & Experience
Required
- 12 years of professional or hands-on development experience
- Strong working knowledge of React and modern frontend development
- Experience writing Python backend code
- Familiarity with REST APIs and frontendbackend integration
- Basic experience with cloud deployment (GCP preferred)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to machine learning or AI-powered applications
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or production deployments
- Basic understanding of MLOps or model serving workflows
Compensation
- 30,000 40,000 per month
- Contract role with clear scope and ownership
