Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building modern, scalable, and user friendly web applications with robust backend services. In addition, the role requires practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools and the ability to leverage foundation models to build intelligent, agent-based solutions. Strong prompt engineering capability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs in Node.js and Express.

● Develop responsive and interactive frontends using React.js (hooks, functional components, state

management).

● Work with databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL for efficient data management.

● Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications.

● Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.

● Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure application scalability.

● Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.

AI & Automation Responsibilities:

● Effectively use AI productivity tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Amazon Q to enhance

development efficiency and code quality.

● Leverage AI tools to automate and optimize CI/CD workflows and developer productivity processes.

● Build AI-powered agents using foundation models such as ChatGPT, Claude, and DeepSeek for relevant business use cases.

● Integrate foundation models into applications using APIs and agentic services like Amazon Bedrock or similar platforms.

● Apply advanced Prompt Engineering techniques to design reliable, optimized, and production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills:

● React.js expertise: hooks, functional components, Redux/Context API for state management.

● Node.js & Express.js: RESTful API development, middleware, error handling. Proficiency in working with MongoDB or any SQL/NoSQL database.

● Experience with Postman, Swagger, Git, and debugging tools. Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira).

Nice to Have:

● Experience with Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines.

● Knowledge of microservices architecture.

● Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.

● Unit testing frameworks like Jest/Mocha/Chai.

● Camunda (2+ years) experience would be a plus.

● Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or agentic orchestration frameworks.
