We are looking for a high-ownership
Full-Stack Marketer who can build and execute growth systems end-to-end. This is not a siloed performance marketing role. You will be responsible for driving acquisition across diverse channels using AI tools, content, outbound, and partnerships.
This role demands someone who can think, build, and scale—not just manage campaigns.
Core Responsibilities AI-Led Marketing & Growth Systems
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to create, automate, and scale marketing workflows.
- Build high-efficiency systems across content, outbound, and analytics.
- Continuously identify opportunities where AI can replace manual effort and increase output velocity.
Multi-Channel Growth Execution (Beyond Ads)
- Drive acquisition through diverse channels:
- Organic (content, SEO, communities)
- Outbound (email, LinkedIn, scraping-led workflows)
- Partnerships (B2B, colleges, creator ecosystem)
- Avoid over-reliance on performance marketing; focus on scalable, repeatable non-paid or hybrid channels.
Content-Led Growth (Optional but High-Impact)
- Create and/or collaborate on:
- Viral hooks (LinkedIn, X, short-form content)
- Lead magnets (guides, templates, reports)
- Educational or authority-driven content
- Strong content creators with a proven portfolio will have an advantage.
Zero-to-One Channel Building
- Identify and build new acquisition channels from scratch.
- Take initiatives from idea → testing → scale.
- Create repeatable systems for consistent lead generation.
Rapid Experimentation & Execution
- Launch multiple growth experiments every month.
- Analyze outcomes and quickly iterate on winning strategies.
- Maintain a tight execution-feedback loop.
Outbound & Partnerships
- Build and execute AI-assisted outbound campaigns.
- Develop and close strategic partnerships for bulk user acquisition.
- Create scalable, win-win distribution models.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in a startup, growth, or marketing role
- Execution Focus: Proven hands-on experience (not just strategy or agency management)
- Practical experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
- Ability to integrate AI into day-to-day execution
- Exposure to multiple channels (organic, outbound, partnerships, content)
- Not limited to performance marketing (paid ads)
- Portfolio of content (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, blogs, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to drive engagement or attention
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.)
- CRM and email tools
- Basic analytics stack
