We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Lead to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in both Java and React, where you will lead development projects, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Java and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate into development practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and React.
- Strong proficiency in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability best practices.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.).
