We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Lead with 8–14 years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise in Full Stack Development, TypeScript, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and modern software engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading engineering teams, building scalable production-grade AI applications, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML and Full Stack engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous growth.

* Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data processing and model training to production deployment and monitoring.

* Build and enhance Generative AI applications including Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions and intelligent automation systems.

* Develop scalable Full Stack applications using modern TypeScript-based frameworks and cloud-native architectures.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.

* Establish and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.

* Ensure best practices for model evaluation, scalability, performance optimization, reliability, and security.

* Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and model reviews to maintain engineering quality standards.

* Drive adoption of modern AI technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices across the organization.

* Stay current with advancements in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and Full Stack technologies and recommend relevant innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:

* 8–14 years of experience in software engineering, Full Stack development, AI/ML engineering, or related fields.

* Strong expertise in TypeScript and Full Stack application development.

* Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development, deployment, and production support.

* Experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications.

* Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI deployment workflows.

* Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and scalable distributed systems.

* Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

* Experience working within global or multi-market organizations, preferably in automotive or enterprise IT environments.

* Strong background in prompt engineering, Generative AI orchestration, and LLM integration.

* Experience with DevOps or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for enterprise platforms.

* Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.

* Exposure to cloud platforms and scalable AI infrastructure technologies.
