About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead / Technical Architect with strong expertise in GoLang and React.js/Next.js to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on development experience across modern backend, frontend, cloud, and distributed systems technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications.
• Design and develop scalable microservices and REST-based APIs.
• Build robust backend services using GoLang.
• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and/or Next.js.
• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and development best practices.
• Mentor engineering teams and guide solution delivery.
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in GoLang development.
• Strong expertise in designing and building scalable backend services.
