Role: Technical Delivery Lead

Work Location: Hyderabad

IT Delivery Team Lead – Lead IT Analyst (Full Stack) to lead the delivery and evolution of customer-facing digital platforms within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of technical leadership, hands-on full-stack development experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Leadership experience managing technical teams
• Full Stack Development (Java Spring Boot & Angular)
• REST API design and integration, OpenAPI/Swagger
• TypeScript and responsive web development
• Relational database design and SQL
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
• Change and release management
• Cloud Experience, Hibernate required

Relevant Experience Required

• 5+ years in a similar Lead IT Analyst, Technical Lead, or Full Stack Lead role
• Leading cross-functional development teams
• Designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications
• Managing system integrations across multiple technologies
• Translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions
• Supporting testing, documentation, governance, and production support

Desirable Skills

• Azure DevOps
• CI/CD implementation, Kubernetes and containerization
• API Management and API Gateway platforms
• Customer Portal, Order Management, or Commercial Applications experience
