Full Stack Lead Developer

Simpalm Staffing is hiring a Full Stack Lead Developer for our direct clients in the USA. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated software professional who excels in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, React, JavaScript, and SQL technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful product releases.
• Contribute to process improvements and recommend best practices for software development.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development activities.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem-solving while maintaining strong engineering judgment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
• Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native application development, and modern cloud architectures.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of software development best practices, application security, and scalable system design.
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
