Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Hands-on Coding experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement RESTful microservices and event-driven systems using Kafka.
- Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
- Oversee containerized deployments using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Manage database design and optimization using PostgreSQL.
- Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and provide technical leadership in resolving them.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Kafka.
- Solid understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL and relational database design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor a development team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability strategies.
